Delete your account

This page explains how to request the deletion of your account and the associated data in the "XC Fly — Voo Livre" app, developed by DAC Sistemas.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

  1. Open the XC Fly — Voo Livre app and tap Settings.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Tap "Delete account".
  4. Type DELETE (EXCLUIR) to confirm that you understand the consequences.
  5. Confirm the request. Done — the deletion is scheduled.

Option 2 — Without access to the app

  1. Send an e-mail to contato@xcfly.com.br.
  2. Use the subject "Account deletion".
  3. Send the message from the e-mail address registered on your XC Fly account (this is how we confirm the request is yours).

30-day grace period

Deletion is not immediate: the request schedules the deletion with a 30-day grace period, to prevent accidental deletions. If you change your mind within that window, simply open the app and tap "Cancel deletion" — your account goes back to normal.

What is deleted

After the 30 days, the following is permanently erased:

  • Profile: name, photo, cover image, bio, license/rating and location;
  • Login credentials (direct sign-up or Google/Apple link);
  • Achievements and any other personal data linked to the account.

What is retained and for how long

  • Anonymized, private flight records: flights are unlinked from your identity and made private — they leave the feed and the public maps. They cease to be personal data (they do not identify you).
  • Audit records required by law (LGPD): retained for the applicable legal period, exclusively to comply with legal obligations.
